We have friends who are Dr's and some that are financial planners and others who do who knows what and own homes worth over $800000. It's pretty easy for me to see how they live generously. Some send kids to camp (ours included) others sponsor kids in other countries, some go to Africa, live in the tribal huts with their three boys ( next time they will have a little girl with them) and offer medical care. It seems easier to be generous when you have the money to be generous.
And then, my kids offered to buy each other Tim Horton's for breakfast this morning out of their spending money. and it's easy to see them being generous with me and their siblings. So why can't I figure out how to be generous myself?
