To the men and woman who have given their lives now and
back then to give us and our children the freedom we so enjoy today.
The safety we take for granted.

Heidi and Bee and I went to the cenotaph in Unionville this morning. The thing that got me the most was the Silver Cross mother. Being a small enough crowd we got to thank her afterward and one of the WWII veterans.
Also, the minister that spoke had us say hello to a stranger then asked, what would you be willing to do for them? Give money? Drive them to the hospital? Die for them? Kill for them? It sure made the point of how much soldiers have done for us.
So, yes, John, and all who serve in Canada's armed forces, thank you!!
