Victoria day weekend!

We had a great weekend away. We went to the Guelph Conference grounds for a family weekend. We were joined by lots of families from our home church and a few more from surrounding churches. We did the 4-7 year old program. So we missed the preaching but came away with a few life lessons provided by the kids.....

kids scissors can still cut skin...and alot of it.

glow in the dark paint can not been seen on carpet untill you turn off the lights.

Kids still at the age of 7 need to be reminded that you can't stand behind a moving swing
Bubbles are fun for all ages!
We also gained alot of respect for the larger families that were there ( 9 kids in one and 11 in the other!) They were transparent and real. And we really appreciated them.
Here are a few pics to enjoy :)

It is going to take forever to post them all... so here is a collage!

Yes that is three girls on one pulley ride! The other kids are our cousins kids. They hung out with us for most weekend. It was great to hang out and meet some more family. It became more like an Easton weekend than a family camp weekend!

Solomon is just hanging off of the bunk bed ladder! He actually got stuck between the playpen and the bed and needed help getting back out!

that's a great idea Patti, I didn't even know you could do that! As for us Noah is much worse today as the day goes on. We have a sitter coming tonight as Bronwyn will finally be getting up on her pony tonight after months of training and working with her... it should be fun, a little scary but fun! The pony didn't buck Monday so hopefully tonight will go smoothly! Solomon is sleeping alot of the time and not eating much. so we are a little concerned about his weight. But we see the dr tomorrow and the peadeatrician this month.
